Hello,
I am writing to remind you know that it has been more than a year since you hosted Amer & Guy's BBQ at the Witmer Residence. You were the Host and would be paying for the event including my fees. Per our last communication, you said Guy would be sending me the payment for you. That has not been the case.
I have been very available to you and yours for communication, payment and or discussion on the matter and yet nothing good has resulted. I believe my existing options are as follows:
1. I am requesting again your payment in full of $2013.76. Payable, sent certified and made out to to Heather Madden 1134 S. Park St., Payette, ID 83661 in the form of a Money Order or Cashier Check.
or
2. We can meet in Court in Blaine County, Idaho
and
3. The delinquent account can be sent to Collections.
The evidence that I did my job and did it well is undeniable. You personally thanked me, twice for the work I did for you. Not to mention all the thank yous and testimony's of your guests I received.
Heather Madden
10/10/2009 Response from Aunt Cat
Hello Heather,
I have received your communication. I am surprised at this late date there may be some remaining details. However,
based upon my understanding(s) I have discharged all my responsibilities, financial and otherwise, based upon agree-
ments between the parties. My records reflect no agreement, contract nor any other understanding between you (A Piece
of Cake, dba or Heather Madden) and me. If such an arrangement does exist between you and me, please provide me
with such information.
Sincerely,
Catherine Oborne
Please stay tuned. This website is being used to collect a debt. Soon past e-mails will be posted that show that Piece Of Cake was lead to believe that Aunt Catherine Oborne was said to be responsible for the BBQ despite any written agreements this website will show to those who know right from wrong that Catherine Oborne accepted responsibility for the BBQ. If she does not pay it, Amber and Guy will. You now know to question aunt Cat.
Heather does not have written agreements for all those who were said to be taking care of this or that portion of the wedding experience because this issue has never happened with any other Sun Valley Idaho weddings. In 14 years Piece Of Cake Weddings has never had a single dispute of charges and no one has ever refused to pay for services rendered which makes this website so crucial. Legally speaking we cannot force the relatives who accepted responsibility for their share of the wedding but we can let you know that when dealing with this family you will want to be very careful and make certain that a written agreement is created for each and every work order.
